So you’re wanting a tailored workout program?
Good news, you’ve come to the right place!
My tailored workout programs are 4 weeks in length and consist of 4 days per week with sessions lasting 45 minutes to an hour.
As nutrition is just as important as exercise when working towards your goals, you will also receive a nutrition pack containing recipes, shopping list must haves and more.
So how does it work?
Follow the link to make your payment via Paypal and you will then be directed to a consultation form which you can download, complete and send back to me along with a 3 day food diary.
Once I’ve read through your form, I will begin designing your 4 week program based on the information provided.
While you’re waiting for your tailored program to be designed, you can fill in the 3-day food diary and send it back to me once completed. I will check through it and provide feedback for you to enable to you too see if you should be eating more or less food and guide you on healthier options and if you need to adjust your macronutrient balance.
As soon as I’ve finished designing your bespoke program (usually takes upto 4 working days), you will receive an email containing:

Recipe - ebook - Quick, healthy and balanced Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas.
Meal planner - Print me and plan out your meals and snacks for the week ahead to stay on track
Shopping list ‘must haves’ - My go-to shopping list for healthy ingredients that are staples in my fridge/freezer & Cupboards!
Check-in day and guide - To be accountable and keep you on track,you will check in with me once a week on whatsapp or video call so we can chat about your workout progress both in the gym and the kitchen.
